Events in Sedona 1/16/26 arrive during one of my favorite times of year in Red Rock Country. Winter brings a quieter pace to the trails, cooler mornings, and a stillness that invites reflection—while at the same time, the real estate market is beginning to shift. With interest rates trending down and inventory sitting a bit longer, buyers are finding new opportunities to purchase a home in Sedona. This week’s events across Sedona, Cottonwood, and Cornville – from arts and film screenings to community gatherings—offer a great way to experience the lifestyle, explore the area, and get a true feel for what living here can look like.
