A quieter day in Sedona — which means it’s a good one to book a morning sound bath session, explore the galleries on Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village, or get out on a trail before 9am. Recurring wellness sessions (yoga, meditation, sound healing) run daily throughout the week at various wellness centers — check the Visit Sedona calendar for specifics.
Tuesday, June 9
Midweek is ideal for a vortex site hike without the weekend crowds. Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, and Airport Mesa are all stunning in the early morning light. Several Sedona studios and retreat centers offer ongoing drop-in yoga and sound healing classes throughout the week — worth checking if you’re looking to ground between adventures.
Wednesday, June 10
Wine Wednesday at D.A. Ranch – Evening at D.A. Ranch. A recurring midweek social with rotating wine cocktails and a relaxed setting. A good pick if you want atmosphere without the weekend crowd.
Thursday, June 11
Check local venue listings for live music this evening — several Sedona restaurants and resorts feature acoustic performers and local artists on Thursday nights. Sky Rock Sedona, with its red rock rooftop views, is always a strong bet for ambient evening entertainment. Visit visitsedona.com for confirmed Thursday lineup closer to the date.
Friday, June 12
Bull Bash Championship Bull Riding – Doors 5:00 PM, Show 7:30 PM at Stargazer Pavilion at Cliff Castle Casino, Camp Verde. Just 30 minutes from Sedona, this is one of the most high-energy events of the month. Professional bull riders compete in a full championship-style event in an outdoor pavilion setting.
